Versioning¶
Numerisect is an experimental pre-release. Versions are MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH, but until a
1.0 release the minor number carries the weight: 0.5.0 added the libraries-first
architecture statement and a substantially wider workbench over 0.4.0.
No official binary packages are published. Install from source, or use the versioned user-local installer, which keeps each release in its own directory with a stable launcher so state survives upgrades.
